Diagnostic
Load-tested all 6 batteries individually. Cells 2 and 5 failing below 50% capacity under 75A load. Controller pulling error code 14 (undervoltage cutoff).
Parts Ordered
2× Trojan T-875 8V batteries, matched lot number to existing 4 cells for uniform internal resistance. $196 parts cost confirmed with customer.
Installation
Both cells replaced. Terminal posts cleaned, anti-corrosion compound applied. Charger profile verified for 48V Trojan configuration. Post-install load test: all 6 cells passing 80%+ at 75A.
